Hans Michael Kloth

Hans Michael Kloth serves as the Head of Communications at the International Transport Forum within the OECD, a position held since April 2010, where global dialogues for improved transport are facilitated. Previously, Hans acted as Secretary-General of the International Transport Forum and held the title of Head of Department at DER SPIEGEL, noted for launching the first dedicated news online site. Additional experience includes a role as Politics Editor and Newsdesk Manager at the US Congress, notably working as a Legislative Fellow focusing on foreign policy and defense. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, a Ph.D. in Political Science from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, and study at The University of Freiburg.
