Karine Perset

Karine Perset is the Head of Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Digital Technologies Policy at the OECD, where they have been pivotal in shaping international governance on AI policy. They previously founded the OECD's AI Network of Experts and the OECD.AI Policy Observatory, contributing significantly to technology policy. Their experience includes serving as a Senior Director for Board Support at ICANN and as a Telecommunication and Internet Consultant at Jipo Consulting. Karine holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in International Economics from Université Paris Dauphine and a Master's in ICT and Telecommunications Management. Currently, they are also a member of the PAI Policy Steering Committee.
