Matija Vodopivec

Matija Vodopivec is a seasoned labour market economist currently employed at the OECD - OCDE since September 2020. Prior to this role, Matija served as a researcher and assistant professor at Univerza na Primorskem from January 2016 to September 2020. Additionally, Matija has experience as an analyst at Banka Slovenije from October 2007 to May 2016 and as a researcher at ISSBS from December 2011 to December 2015. Early career experience includes working as an analyst at Analysis Group from October 2005 to April 2007. Matija holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Macalester College.
