Said Kechida

Competition Expert - Directorate For Financial And Enterprise Affairs

Said Kechida is an accomplished competition expert currently serving in the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs at the OECD since April 2017, and also holds the position of Senior Advisor in the Economics Department. Prior to this role, Said worked as an Advisor for Economic Affairs in the Office of the Prime Minister of Tunisia from March 2014 to March 2017. Between June 2007 and February 2014, Said served as a Senior Advisor in the Global Relations Secretariat at OECD and previously as a Policy Analyst in the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs. Early career experiences include roles as an Analyst at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, Team Leader for the EBGS Project at La société Tunisienne de Sidérurgie EL FOULADH, and Consultant at EDF. Educational qualifications include an Eq MSc in Finance from the University of Stuttgart, an EMBS in Business Administration from EM Normandie Business School, an Eq BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Stuttgart, and a Studienkolleg in the German Language from Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen. The academic journey began with a Baccalaureat in Mathematics from Ibn Sina School - Menzel Bourguiba.
