Soundous Hassouni is an experienced professional in sustainability and social responsibility, currently serving as the Sustainability Due Diligence Manager and Supply Chain Social Responsibility Manager at Decathlon since June 2014. Soundous is responsible for identifying and analyzing risks in the supply chain, co-developing global social responsibility strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as the California Transparency Act. Additionally, Soundous manages a network of Sustainable Development Leaders and coordinates key projects addressing modern slavery and beyond social compliance. Prior roles include serving as the EMEA Sustainability Manager for Oxylane Group, where Soundous managed human responsibility risks across multiple regions and implemented auditing and training programs. Soundous's career began in the textile industry with Pimkie as a Purchasing Manager. Current educational pursuits include a certificate in Human Rights Due Diligence for Decent Work from the International Labor Organisation and a Master in Business Management from IAE Lille.
