Bogdan Polak has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and consultancy. Bogdan'smost recent role was as a Software Engineering Team Lead at OEConnection, where they led a team of developers and QA professionals and managed the Veggie Burger automotive parts data ingestion pipeline. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Craneware, where they supported and led a multicultural team in developing new projects and maintaining existing legacy applications for pharmacy management in US hospitals. Bogdan also worked as a Senior Software Consultant at BSC Polska, where they provided consulting, coaching, and training services to various clients in industries such as software development, telecoms, banks, and logistics. Before entering the professional world, Bogdan worked as an IT Freelancer, where they handled IT system administration, software development, and database management tasks.

Bogdan Polak completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the University of Warsaw from 1992 to 1996. Bogdan then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering at the same university from 1996 to 1999.
