Kyle McChesney began their work experience in 1997 as an Outside Sales Representative/ Account Manager at TEK Systems. Kyle worked in this role until 2003. In April 2003, they joined OEConnection as an Executive Vice President of National Account Sales, where they currently hold the position.

Kyle McChesney attended Ohio University from 1993 to 1997. Kyle did not receive a degree or specialize in a specific field during this time. Later, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued an MBA at Baldwin Wallace University.
