Laura Thomson

Laura Thomson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and client support, currently serving as a Senior QA Analyst at OEConnection since August 2006. In this role, Laura Thomson provides both reactive and proactive product and application phone support to clients, alongside delivering training for new and existing users across all OEC applications. Prior to joining OEConnection, Laura Thomson worked at Sterling Jewelers in a collections role from August 2003 to August 2006.
