Natalie Pratt

Natalie Pratt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Natalie currently holds the position of Vice President Data and Business Intelligence at OEConnection (OEC) since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Intelligence at OEConnection from April 2021 to February 2023, and the Manager of Business Intelligence from November 2018 to March 2021.

Before joining OEConnection, Natalie worked at MTD Products as an IT Director from January 2015 to September 2018. Natalie also served as the IT Sr. Manager, PMO and Business Analysis from February 2007 to December 2014. Additionally, they had two stints as a Manager of Business Intelligence in 2007.

In terms of project involvement, Natalie was a member of PMINEO from 2009 to 2016. Natalie also worked as a Data Lead at Timken from August 2005 to February 2007 and as a Senior Manager at Accenture from July 1997 to February 2007.

Natalie's early career includes roles such as a Project Jill at HDDS in 2004, a CI Conversion Lead at Project K in AT&T from 2002 to 2004, a Contractor at Vesuvius from 2000 to 2002, an Intern at Airtouch Cellular in 1996, and an Intern at Fisher Titus Medical Center from 1995 to 1997.

Natalie Pratt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from John Carroll University between 1993 and 1997. Natalie also has various certifications in leadership, strategic thinking, employee motivation, data science, team management, change leadership, communication, time management, AI accountability, neural networks, agile methodology, machine learning, thinking machines, cybersecurity, project management, cognitive technologies, explainable artificial intelligence, brainstorming, virtual team management, and high-performance morning habits, all obtained from LinkedIn between 2020 and 2022.
