Denice Pitt

Denice Pitt has extensive leadership experience in the education and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Online Education Services (OES) since its inception in 2011, where a successful multinational, multi-product business was developed with over 1,500 employees. Denice also holds non-executive director roles at Construct Education, RACV, and Firbank Grammar School, focusing on strategic oversight and governance. Previous positions include President at Aegis Ltd and CEO of UCMS Group Ltd., where key contributions included leading a successful public listing and executing a strategic sale during financial challenges. Denice's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business Management from RMIT University and completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
