Josiah Dunlap

Josiah Dunlap currently serves as the Director of Professional Development at Oesterlen-Services For Youth, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive Professional Development program and NPS standards to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior to this role, Josiah held the position of Associate Director of Residential Services, providing leadership to Cottage Treatment Teams and formulating programmatic policies. At The Buckeye Ranch, Josiah progressed from Senior Mental Health Technician to Residential Treatment Supervisor, overseeing operations and ensuring the effectiveness of the Residential Treatment Program. Additionally, Josiah contributed as a Prevention Specialist at Community for New Direction, delivering substance abuse awareness to K-12 populations and collaborating with various community organizations.
