Dr. Andreas Singer

Dr. Andreas Singer is currently the Managing Director of IT-Services at Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) since July 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Andreas served as the CIO/CEO at Austrian Reporting Services (AuRep) from January 2019 to June 2021. Dr. Andreas has extensive experience in information management, cybersecurity, digitalization, strategic development, risk management, and more within the banking and financial sectors. Dr. Singer has a strong educational background with a Doktorat and Magisterium in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Harvard University and the University of Vienna, respectively, along with other certifications in negotiation, project management, and auditing.
