Arkadiusz Lupierz

Arkadiusz Lupierz is an experienced R&D Manager currently leading the Center of Competences at Oetiker Group since October 2019. Prior to this role, Arkadiusz spent over 13 years at Faurecia, where responsibilities included developing advanced mechatronic products for passenger car seats and managing a team of 40. Additional experience includes serving as a Product Manager at Valeo Electric System and a CAD/CAM Specialist at Saint-Gobain Sekurit. Arkadiusz holds a Master of Science in Mechanics from The Silesian University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowości i Finansów.
