Brian Musgrave

Brian Musgrave is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and learning development with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Group Head of Compensation and Job Architecture, as well as Head of HR Hand Tools US at Oetiker Group since August 2012, Brian has spearheaded the development of global learning standards and managed extensive learning and development operations in the Americas. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at Kelly Services, including Instructional Designer and Trainer, and contributed to the design of effective training solutions. Additional experience includes roles at Meritor and Quest Diagnostics, focusing on technical publications and sales support, respectively. Brian holds two master's degrees in Training and Development and English, alongside a bachelor's degree in English from Oakland University.
