Michelle Brosseau

Michelle Brosseau (Lenhardt) is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in automotive manufacturing. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Oetiker Group since July 2020, Michelle previously held the position of Program Manager at Tiercon from June 2012 to July 2020. Additionally, Michelle worked as Plant Program Manager and formerly as Quality Manager at Arkal Automotive from October 2006 to July 2012, where responsibilities included coordinating pre-launch activities and supporting quality and manufacturing teams. Michelle's early career included roles as Program & Quality Coordinator at L&P Plastics and Quality Assurance Technician at Onward Cluthe. Educational qualifications include a three-year diploma in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Manufacturing from Georgian College and a high school diploma from Lambton Kent Composite School.
