Clara Kiani

Clara Kiani began their career in 2014 as a Human Resources Assistant at Affinitas GmbH - eDarling. In 2016, they took on an internship as a Human Resources Intern at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at friendsurance, where they held the roles of Head of People & Organisation, Senior People & Organisation Manager, People & Organisation Manager, and Junior Human Resources Manager. Clara is currently the Head of People and Talent Acquisition at Oetker Digital GmbH.

Clara Kiani began their educational journey in 2010 when they started their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology at RWTH Aachen University. Clara graduated in 2013. Clara then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Work, Organisational and Business Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin, which they completed in 2016. Currently, they are studying Systemische Beratung / Prozessbegleitung at isiberlin, which they are expected to finish in 2024.
