Marcin Malka

Marcin Malka currently serves as the CEO of Real Management S.A. since March 2018 and is a member of the Supervisory Board at OEX SA since August 2020. Previously, Marcin held the position of CFO and Board Member at Immobel Poland from February 2014 to March 2018 and worked as a Team Leader at Accenture from April 2012 to January 2014. Additional experience includes roles as Finance Director and Commercial Proxy at Europolis Real Estate Asset Management from March 2003 to May 2011, Team Leader at Roedl Outsourcing from November 2001 to March 2003, and Experienced Assistant at Arthur Andersen from May 1998 to August 2001. Marcin's expertise encompasses finance advisory, management accounting, cash management, compliance, and risk management. Education includes pursuing Executive MBAs at Mannheim Business School and ESSEC Business School since October 2023, along with ACCA certification (2005-2015) and a Master’s in Finance & Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics (1997-2002).
