Mr. Tomasz Kwiecień has higher education and is a graduate of the Krakow University of Economics. Selected professional experience: Mr. Tomasz Kwiecień has extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of business strategies, conducting capital investments, corporate governance and obtaining financing. At the beginning of his career, he was associated with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where he worked in the audit and corporate finance departments. In the years 2004-2014, he was the managing director of the Warsaw office of Mezzanine Management, a company advising the Accession Mezzanine Capital group of funds investing in Poland and Central Europe. In Poland, he was responsible, inter alia, for successful investments in Solaris Bus & Coach, LuxMed and Masterlease. Outside of Poland, he has carried out investments including at Jet Finance in Bulgaria or Norican in Denmark. During his career in Mezzanine Management, he sat or participated in the work of supervisory boards of Zaberd, Lux Med, Solaris Bus & Coach, iSource, Masterlease, Norican and Dominum. In 2015 and 2016, he was the president of the management board of AASA Polska, a loan company. Mr. Tomasz Kwiecień is closely associated with the OEX Group, in 2017 he was a member of the Management Board of OEX SA responsible for strategy and business development, and in the years 2018-2020 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of OEX SA for the sixth term. In 2015 and 2016, he was the president of the management board of AASA Polska, a loan company.
