Alicja Mojska has extensive experience in customer service and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Doradca and Lider zespołu at OEX Voice Contact Center since September 2020, Alicja focuses on implementing excellent customer experience strategies while providing support to team leaders and advisors. Prior experience includes working as a Doradca at Jerónimo Martins and a Sprzedawca at Impel, where Alicja managed technical operations for ActivGuard devices in military units, delivered user instruction over the phone, conducted training, and prepared reports. Academically, Alicja holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics in Finance and Insurance from Politechnika Lubelska, a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting with a specialization in Auditing Systems from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk, and completed a Junior Java Developer program at Software Development Academy.
