Katarzyna Pianko-Szlachta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, business consulting, and team management. Currently serving as a "Trener wspierający" at Grupa TROP since September 2023 and a "Trener Wewnętrzny dla Allegro CX" at OEX Voice Contact Center since January 2022, Katarzyna has also provided training and consulting services independently since August 2020. Prior roles include Team Manager at Dom Czy Mieszkanie Biuro Nieruchomości, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, team management, and marketing strategy development, as well as event organization for various initiatives such as Klub Marketerów Nieruchomości and Startup Weekend.
