Hannes Mattis

Hannes Mattis is a highly experienced professional in customer relationship management and digital marketing, currently serving as a Senior CRM Manager at ÖBB since October 2021. With a strong background as a CRM Consultant at ÖFB starting in January 2015, Hannes also held multiple roles at Sky Österreich Fernsehen GmbH, including Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager from May 2015 to September 2021. Prior experiences include working as a CRM Campaign Manager at TUI from August 2014 to April 2015 and a Central CRM Manager and Customer Interaction Associate at bwin from June 2006 to July 2014. Hannes is presently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Customer Relationship Management at FH Burgenland, building upon a Diplom in Sports Marketing obtained from IST-Hochschule für Management between 2007 and 2009.
