Catherine Warhurst

Catherine Warhurst is an experienced professional currently serving as Principal of Enforcement at Ofcom, with a tenure that began in January 2012. Catherine has held various roles at Ofcom, including Enforcement Manager, Content Policy Manager, and Competition Policy Manager, all within the Policy, Competition Group. Prior to Ofcom, Catherine worked at Royal Mail from October 2009 to January 2012, where roles included Downstream Access Central Control Manager and Graduate Manager as part of the Royal Mail Operations Graduate Programme. Earlier experience at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group from September 2006 to May 2009 included positions as Business Development Coordinator and Assistant Manager in Corporate Markets. Catherine holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography and Archaeology from The University of Manchester and a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Cambridge.
