Jessica Hill (FCIPD) is a strategic and commercially-minded Chief People Officer currently leading the People, Culture, and Workplace teams at Ofcom. With extensive experience in HR, Jessica has also served as a Non Executive Director for the Lancashire Cricket Foundation, providing expertise in human resources. Prior roles include International Head of HR at Addleshaw Goddard, where Jessica managed HR functions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Manchester and completed the CIPD Professional Development Scheme in Human Resources Management at BPP University.
