Erica Raether, PHR, MA HRM, is a seasoned People & Culture Executive currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Oregon Freeze Dry. With extensive experience in biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing, Erica has held roles including VP of Human Resources at Ajinomoto Althea, Inc. and Director of Human Resources at Awarepoint. Erica's expertise encompasses cultural rebranding, organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, allowing them to effectively partner with senior leadership to drive innovative HR solutions. Erica is pursuing a BA in Sociology from the University of the Pacific and a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster.
