Bill Fanelli

Bill Fanelli is a seasoned Instrument Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving at Oil Field Development Engineering (OFD) since December 2021, Bill previously held roles such as Senior Instrumentation Engineer at SOFEC, Inc., and Instrument and Control Engineer at OFD. Bill's career also includes positions at Atkins, where responsibilities included Instrument & Controls Engineering, and Doris, Inc., where leadership of the Topsides Instrument and Controls Team was established. Earlier, Bill contributed to SBM Atlantia as a Senior Engineer, focusing on developing technical specifications and managing project evaluations. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
