Karol Grygiel

Karol Grygiel is the founder and marketing director at Oferteo. Karol has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on project management and software development.

Karol started their career as a software developer at Lukas SA in 1999. Karol quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a team leader and playing a key role in the development of Lukas Bank's credit card system. In 2005, they transitioned into project management, coordinating between IT and business teams to deliver successful projects.

In 2010, Karol left Lukas Bank to start their own company, Oferteo. Oferteo is an online marketplace that connects businesses with service providers. Under Karol's leadership, Oferteo has become one of the fastest-growing startups in Poland.

Karol Grygiel holds a Master's degree in Computer Science & Management from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, as well as a degree in Elektroniczne Maszyny i Systemy Cyfrowe from the Technikum Elektroniczno-Mechaniczne.

They are on a team with Dorota Kłodnicka - Product Owner | Team Leader, Jaroslaw Pieczonka - Founder, IT Director. Karol Grygiel reports to Przemyslaw Dziemieszkiewicz, Founder, CEO.
