Elizabeth Ramsey

Elizabeth Ramsey began their work experience in 2000 as an Account Coordinator & Associate Account Executive at JWT Specialized Communications, LLC, where they assessed client employment requests and executed recruitment plans for the healthcare and oil & gas industries. Elizabeth also developed marketing strategies and purchased media placements for maximum exposure of employer branding.

From 2003 to 2006, they worked at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County as an Advertising Account Executive and later as a Supervisor in Account Management. In these roles, they coordinated media buys, managed the marketing division budget, and oversaw project schedules and budgets. Elizabeth also collaborated with the design group to develop creative elements.

From 2011 to 2020, Elizabeth worked as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Katy Aquatics. Here, they developed marketing plans, directed external marketing efforts, and collaborated with safety organizations to promote water safety educational programs.

In 2021, they joined Off Duty Management as a Marketing Specialist, where they promoted the company's brand image through content creation and assisted in developing an educational platform. In 2022, they transitioned into a role as a Recruiter, leading talent acquisition efforts and cultivating relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Elizabeth Ramsey attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
