Off Duty Management
Haley Pinzon has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they worked as a Restaurant Manager and Event Coordinator at Messina Hof Winery and Resort, where they gained experience in managing operations and coordinating events. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Server and Bartender at Paolo's Italian Kitchen, where they developed their customer service and hospitality skills. In 2015, they briefly held a position at HEB as a Wine Steward before transitioning to Total Wine & More, where they worked as a Wine Manager from 2016 to 2022. During this time, they gained expertise in wine knowledge and management. Currently, Haley is working as an Implementation Manager at Off Duty Management, starting in 2022. Overall, Haley's work experience demonstrates their abilities in hospitality, event coordination, customer service, and wine management.
Haley Pinzon completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Animal/Livestock Husbandry and Production from Texas A&M University, attending from 2008 to 2015.

The company's software helps law enforcement agencies to manage inbound service request, scheduling, time and attendance, general liability, worker's compensation, payroll and invoicing, enabling them to focuson law enforcement and upholding the rule of law, eliminate the internal cost associated with off duty work and minimize liability exposure.
