Donna Grajek, MBTI, has extensive experience in training and development across various positions. Currently serving as a Training and Professional Development Specialist at OFF LEASE ONLY since August 2017 and targeting training positions in South Florida from 2017 to the present, Donna focuses on developing and delivering training programs to enhance skills and drive success. Previously held roles include Training and Development Specialist at the Administrative Office of the Courts from November 2012 to March 2017, and as an Intelligence Analyst at the Kentucky State Police from March 2011 to November 2012, where research and report preparation for special projects were key responsibilities. Donna Grajek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Indiana State University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
