Matthew Cohen is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Off the Grid, the premier mobile food event management company in the United States, since June 2010. Prior to this, Matthew founded Off the Grid Culinary, providing innovative catering solutions, and held significant roles at SF FoodLab and Calcultd Inc, focusing on popup restaurants and point of sale products for micro-enterprises. Additional ventures include ownership of SF Cart Project and Tabe Services, LLC, a consultancy for the food industry, alongside marketing leadership for the San Francisco Street Food Festival. Matthew's educational background includes a Master's in Education and a Bachelor's in History from Emory University.
