Katelyn Parker

Katelyn Parker, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with diverse experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Offchain Labs, Katelyn has also held roles such as People and Culture Manager at Uplevel, Human Resources Generalist at Qvest.US, and Technical Recruiter. Earlier career experiences include positions at Phoenix Staff, Inc. as a First Touch Ambassador and as a Human Resources Office Assistant at the YMCA of Austin. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Business and Economics from Hendrix College and has also studied at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
