Sally Mansoor

Sally Mansoor, CHRP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Currently serving as Head of People and Head of Human Resources at Offchain Labs since August 2022, Sally previously held several leadership positions at Bounteous, including VP of Experience Engagement and VP of Talent and Culture. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Demac Media and Dream Payments, as well as Director of Human Resources at TribalScale. Early career experience includes roles such as Payroll Specialist at Xxact and HR Generalist at Xcellence, where responsibility included recruitment, employee relations, and benefits management. Sally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from McMaster University and a degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
