Paul Griffin has a diverse work experience, starting as an Assistant Manager at Greyhound Inn in 2009. Paul then transitioned to roles at Rackspace, where they held positions such as Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager. From 2017 onwards, Paul worked at HackerOne, where they held various senior positions, including Senior Director of Customer Success. Currently, they are with OffSec as the Head of Customer Success, leading a global customer success and support team. Paul'sexpertise includes customer experience optimization, program operations management, and building customer relationships.

Paul Griffin completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Law from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2008. Before that, they finished high school at Westville Boys High School in 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Project Management, specifically PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG International in 2011, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI Project Management Institute in 2016.
