Casey Conger

Casey Conger is a Technical Lead at OfferFit since October 2023, previously serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from August 2022 to October 2023. At BCG, Casey contributed to the development of a personalized marketing platform by integrating scalable offer management products with machine learning algorithms. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Formation, where Casey redesigned a customer spend prediction algorithm, maintained ML pipelines, and developed a novel evaluation methodology for reinforcement learning models. Earlier positions involve significant contributions to dynamic pricing models at Priceline, ESG scoring methodology at Flat World Partners, and readmission risk predictions at 4th-IR. Casey has an academic background with a Master's degree in Theoretical Particle Physics from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Cornell University.
