Tracy Sedlak

Tracy Sedlak is the current VP of Customer Success at OfferPad. Prior to this, they were a Realtor at HomeSmart International from October 2020 to August 2021. Sedlak also has experience as the Vice President of CX Projects at Success Sciences, Inc. from September 2020 to June 2021. In this role, they helped large, high-profile clients with initiatives such as improving top-line revenue, average order size, conversion rates, the customer experience and increasing customer retention (NPS).
