Malin Anderstedt has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. In 2016, they worked as a Payroll Assistant at Uniflex, where they gained experience in payroll management and developed strong administrative and customer service skills. In 2017, they took on the role of Corporate Responsibility at Business Career Days at Linköpings University, where they assisted in organizing and coordinating a career fair. Also in 2017, they joined Academic Work Sweden as a Payroll Assistant, where they focused on maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring on-time payments. In 2018, Malin became a Project Manager at Blocket Jobb, leading the growth initiative for Blocket Utbildning. Malin conducted market research, created sales plans, built relationships with customers, and established an education organization from scratch. In 2019, they worked at VG - Verdens Gang AS as a Business Developer, breeding in-house start-ups and leading multiple projects simultaneously. Malin also worked at Aftonbladet as a Business Developer, where they led the long-term strategic planning for the company. Malin then transitioned to the role of Business Developer Tailor Made Solutions at Schibsted, focusing on developing existing business and identifying new revenue opportunities. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Product Owner at Lendo AB, driving the setup of a new business area and platform for mortgages. Currently, Malin is working as a Product Area Manager at Offerta.se, where they are responsible for growing the company's digital marketplace for services within the construction, moving, and cleaning industries.

Malin Anderstedt attended Värmdö Gymnasium from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained their Upper Secondary School degree. Malin then pursued higher education at Linköping University from 2014 to 2018, completing a Master of Science in Business and Economics. During their time in university, they also participated in a Student Exchange Program at the University of Portsmouth in 2016.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Malin has obtained several certifications. These include being recognized as the Colleague of the Year at Lendo Sweden in 2021, receiving the Master Thesis of the Year award from ELIN - Ekonomföreningen vid Linköpings universitet in 2018, being named Finance Assistant of the Year by Academic Work in 2018, and obtaining a Driving License from Transportstyrelsen in 2014.
