Elise Tyler

Elise Tyler, SHRM-CP, is an experienced People Operations professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as People Operations Manager at OfferUp since July 2024, Elise previously held the position of Manager, People Operations at Amperity from July 2021 to July 2024, where knowledge in both management and specialist roles was utilized. Earlier experience includes a series of roles at Moss Adams from June 2016 to July 2021, culminating in the position of HRIS/HR Operations Senior Analyst. Elise began a career in HR at the University of Washington - School of Pharmacy, where roles included Experiential Education Assistant and Interim Program Coordinator. Elise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Washington.
