Elise Tyler, SHRM-CP, is an experienced People Operations professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as People Operations Manager at OfferUp since July 2024, Elise previously held the position of Manager, People Operations at Amperity from July 2021 to July 2024, where knowledge in both management and specialist roles was utilized.
