Li Lu

Li Lu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and compliance. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at OfferUp since April 2021, Li Lu specializes in team development, IPO readiness, technical accounting, and internal controls. Prior roles include Sr. Director and Controller at Expedia, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing eCommerce platform accounting, and Sr. Director of Global Risk Compliance at SAP, focusing on risk management for the cloud segment. Li Lu’s career also includes significant contributions to Concur's SEC Reporting and Compliance, as well as leading successful IPOs during an assignment with Ernst & Young in both Beijing and San Jose. Li Lu holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Davis, and a dual Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Literature and Law from Wuhan University.
