Omsai Jadhav

Omsai Jadhav is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading full-stack teams and developing innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer in the Business division at OfferUp since June 2020, Omsai leads a team responsible for the ingestion, storage, retrieval, and lifecycle management of items and images. Prior to this role, Omsai held positions at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer II, focusing on secure authentication solutions in Azure Active Directory, and completed an internship at Veritas Technologies LLC, where significant enhancements to userspace utilities for debugging were achieved. Omsai's earlier experience also includes contributing to Cisco Systems, where complex scalability and high availability features were implemented for wireless networks. Omsai holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology.
