Barbara Fourie has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Barbara is currently working as a Growth Product Manager at OfferZen since January 2021. Prior to this, Barbara worked at 48Software as a SaaS Product Lead from November 2018 to December 2020. Barbara also held the position of Product Owner and UI/UX Designer at 48Software from February 2016 to November 2018.
Before joining 48Software, Barbara worked at Nebula as a B2B Digital Marketing and Software Product Specialist from November 2015 to December 2020. Additionally, they have experience working at the University of Cape Town in multiple roles, including a Media Honours Graduate from January 2015 to November 2015, a Guest Lecturer for Designing Online Media from July 2015 to October 2015, and pursuing a Designing Online Media Degree from January 2012 to December 2014.
Barbara also gained experience as a Graduate Design and Product Intern at Formula D interactive from June 2015 to August 2015. With their extensive background in product management, digital marketing, and media, Barbara brings a well-rounded skill set to their current role as a Growth Product Manager at OfferZen.
Barbara Fourie's education history begins with their completion of a Mastering Product Management program at Reforge in the year 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Honours degree in Media Practice and Theory from the University of Cape Town in 2015. Before pursuing their Honours, they studied at the University of Cape Town from 2012 to 2014, earning a named degree BA in Designing Online Media and Media and Writing. Barbara'sfield of study during this time was Designing Online Media and Interaction Design.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Barbara Fourie holds a certification in Dale Carnegie: Skills for Success, which they obtained from Dale Carnegie Training in February 2018.
