Caitlin Wilson

Caitlin Wilson's work experience begins in 2017 at Universal Avenue, where they worked part-time as a Digital Consultant. Their responsibilities included conducting market research and assessing market receptiveness in Cape Town. Caitlin also conducted face-to-face interviews with potential customers in the retail, hospitality, and leisure industries.

In 2019, Caitlin joined OfferZen as a Senior Tech Talent Advisor. Caitlin worked closely with job seekers in the tech job market, providing guidance on positioning themselves in the market, interview preparation, offer negotiations, and career decisions. Caitlin also expanded their knowledge of the tech industry and gained familiarity with popular software, coding languages, development processes, and industry trends.

In 2021, Caitlin moved to OfferZen's EU marketplace team as a Candidate Operations Manager. Caitlin played a crucial role in setting up the EU Talent Advisor team and was responsible for building the team, establishing systems and structures, and providing insights to shape the company's expansion strategy.

Throughout their work experience, Caitlin demonstrated strong communication and coaching skills, as well as a deep understanding of the tech industry.

Caitlin Wilson attended the University of Cape Town from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Science (BBusSci) degree. Their field of study was in Organisational Psychology Honours.
