Daryl Gross

Daryl Gross has extensive work experience in software application development and team leadership. Daryl currently works at Office Ally as a Software Application Development Team Lead, where they lead the Clearinghouse team in an agile environment. Their responsibilities include architecture and design, code reviews, setting priorities, technical requirements and assignment of stories, as well as serving as a point of contact for the product team and stakeholders. Additionally, they mentor junior team members.

Prior to Office Ally, Daryl worked at NTT DATA Services as a Software Application Development Tech Lead from an unspecified start date in 2017 to March 2022. There, they led a small team of application developers, utilizing C# .net, asp.net, SQL Server 2014, and Biztalk.

From June 2008 to July 2017, Daryl worked at Dell Services / Perot Systems as a Software Application Development Tech Lead. In this role, they provided leadership to a team of developers, conducting requirements analysis, architecture/design, troubleshooting, and setting priorities. Daryl also worked closely with project managers, business owners, and clients to establish priorities and direction for the team. Additionally, they represented the team when collaborating with other organizations within the company.

Daryl Gross obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stephen F. Austin State University between the years 1985 to 1988.
