Arsenia Reilly-Collins

Arsenia Reilly-Collins is an accomplished labor leader with extensive experience in union negotiation and organization. Currently serving as the International Senior Staff Representative at the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), Arsenia has effectively led contract campaigns for multiple high-profile media organizations during a previous tenure as Director of Contract Campaigns at the Writers Guild of America East. Arsenia's background includes roles as an adjunct faculty member at the CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies, Coordinator of Contract Administration and Outreach at Professional Staff Congress-CUNY/AFT, and various leadership positions spanning over two decades in unions such as CWA 1032 and 1199 SEIU NJ. Arsenia holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Labor and Industrial Relations from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's in History and Labor Studies from Rutgers College.
