Melanie Hallam Archer is a seasoned professional in corporate wellbeing and ecology, currently serving as Co-Founder at Office Athletes since January 2016, providing tailored wellbeing initiatives globally. As Wellbeing Director at Arm since January 2015, Melanie oversees a comprehensive wellbeing program for the UK and international branches. Additionally, Melanie is a Co-Founder of Cambridge Strength and Conditioning Limited since 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Ecological Consultant at Atkins from September 2001 to May 2016, collaborating with clients such as Skanska and Hopkins Homes. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Wolverhampton, completed between 1996 and 1999.
