Paul Gratrick

Paul Gratrick serves as the Head of Operations for Student Experience and Enhancement at the University of Liverpool since May 2019, focusing on student engagement strategy and collaborating with senior leaders across various university departments. Previously, Paul held the position of Head of Operations for Careers and Employability, leading a multi-functional team and enhancing employability strategies. Notably, Paul is an independent member of the Quality Assessment Committee for the Office for Students and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. As President of the Association for Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS), Paul champions best practices in the careers sector and leads strategic initiatives. Educationally, Paul is pursuing a PhD in Sociology and Social Policy at Durham University and holds several degrees, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice and a Master's in Management. Additional experience includes roles in business development and career consultancy across various institutions.
