Fernanda Rossi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Fernanda began their career at Ambev, where they worked as an Intern in Processes & Projects, responsible for managing and consolidating project status for different areas of Shared Services. Fernanda later became an Analyst in Finance & Projects, handling accounts receivable and leading a Green Belt Project focused on automating cashiers at Distribution Centers.

Rossi then moved to Pearson, where they worked as an Analyst for the Franchises Tower before being promoted to Senior Analyst for Projects in Franchises & K12. In these roles, they focused on structuring projects, establishing governance, and managing stakeholders. Fernanda also played a key role in a Black Belt Project aimed at determining the optimal pricing strategy for franchises.

Following their time at Pearson, Rossi joined Cargill as a Specialist in Continuous Improvement, where they were responsible for setting up the Business Intelligence (BI) area. Fernanda implemented Agile methodologies, served as an RPA Automation Lead, and achieved significant cost savings through process automation.

Most recently, Rossi worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they held several positions, including Global IT Director for HR Data & Digital Products and Senior Manager, Global MarTech BI & Analytics. In these roles, they focused on data availability and integration, utilizing Azure Delta Lake for self-service analysis and visualization. Fernanda also worked with various social media sources to track and monitor campaign results.

In 2023, they joined Office Hours, NewtonX, and Guidepoint as a Consultant for SaaS Tech Products. Fernanda utilized their expertise to assist these companies with SaaS tech product consulting.

Currently, Rossi is employed at Mercado Libre in the role of Strategy & PMO for Marketing, focusing on loyalty, entertainment, partnerships, planning, and communications.

Fernanda Rossi's education history is as follows:

- In 2008, they enrolled at Universidade Estadual de Campinas and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology in 2013. During the same period, they also completed a Licentiate degree in Biology, General.

- In 2013, they pursued a Post Graduation in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

- In 2013, Fernanda completed a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma Methodologies at Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
