Joanne Vieira Norman

Joanne Vieira Norman is an experienced professional currently serving as a Client Solutions Manager at Office Hours since September 2025. Prior to this role, Joanne worked at Guidepoint from July 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading client onboarding and project execution as a Project Manager II, collaborating with Senior Project Managers as a Research Manager, and recruiting industry experts as a Research Associate. Joanne also held the position of Community Engagement Specialist at the Youth Leadership Institute from October 2019 to July 2021 and briefly served as a Project Manager at Benetech in late 2020.
