Aria Finger

Aria Finger serves as Chief of Staff in the Office of Reid Hoffman, collaborating on business investments, philanthropy, thought leadership, and political initiatives. As a Board Member at Ameelio, Aria contributes to efforts that connect incarcerated individuals with education and support networks to reduce recidivism. Aria is recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and has served on the Advisory Board for Vityl, focusing on workplace belonging and business performance. Previous roles include Board Member at Change.org and Strategic Consultant for ParentsTogether Foundation. Aria led DoSomething.org as CEO for over 15 years, achieving significant growth and equity within the organization and earning accolades for its workplace culture. Aria has taught at New York University and holds degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, Stanford University, Harvard University, and the University of Virginia.
