Lori Windle is an experienced AV Production Specialist and American Indian Special Emphasis Program Manager at the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement, where contributions have included the production of training and promotional videos, as well as tribal consultation policy training since May 1990. Previously, Lori Windle served on the American Indian Program Council with the Denver Federal Executive Board from 1994 to 1998. Education includes a Master of Fine Arts in Media Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art with a minor in Communications, Video Emphasis from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
