Lisa Harder

Lisa Harder, SPHR has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and education. Lisa started their career as a Teacher at Polk County School Board in January 2001 and continued in this role until July 2011. During their time at the school board, they also served as a Reading Teacher from August 2010 to July 2011.

In August 2009, Lisa joined Polk State College as an Adjunct Professor and held this position until August 2011.

In August 2011, Lisa transitioned to the Polk County Tax Collector's Office, where they served as an Employee Development Manager until June 2015. Following this role, they worked as a Knowledge Manager from June 2015 to December 2016. Lisa then held the position of Director of Human Resources from January 2017 to September 2018. Currently, they serve as the Chief Human Resource Officer at the Polk County Tax Collector's Office, a position they have held since October 2018.

Lisa Harder, SPHR has a diverse educational background and several certifications. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Reading K-12 from the same university. Their field of study is not specified for both degrees.
